PINEVILLE, La. – The Louisiana Christian University athletics program will host a rare holiday home doubleheader in addition to both volleyball and football getting their conference schedules underway.

Monday, September 4 (Labor Day):
 
The soccer teams will each take on the Williams Baptist Eagles in early morning/afternoon matinees as the women kickoff at 11 a.m. after seeing Saturday's match washed out while the men's team is set to commence around 1:30 p.m. in a battle of two teams that received votes in the original Top 25 poll.
 
Friday, September 8:
 
Volleyball will play Jarvis Christian for the second time in its first three contests, competing in Red River Conference competition this time at 7 p.m.

Saturday, September 9:
 
Jarvis Christian once again appears on the docket for Head Coach Brittany Salloum's ladies with first serve set for noon inside the E.W. Rand Center.
 
Break out the brightest and most vibrant orange clothing for football's Sooner Athletic Conference Opener and "Orange Out" game as LCU looks to give the Arkansas Baptist Buffaloes a rude welcome to the league in their first affiliated matchup.
 
Finally, the women's soccer invades "The Jungle" at the University of Mobile in its final non-conference tune-up at 7 p.m. down by the Gulf of Mexico.
